Yankee Doodle Parade 2012

We went to the Yankee Doodle Parade the morning of the 4th here in Denton...just like we did last year.  It's small but the girls had a blast!  Here are some pictures...

Slip-n-slide!

Haylee had her friend Abby over for a play date several weeks ago and the girls enjoyed playing on the slip-n-slide...here are some pictures!

Rylee's 2nd Birthday party!

Rylee turned two last weekend...so we had a pool party at Pappy & Nana's house.  It was a ladybug theme because Rylee LOVES bugs!  She calls them "buggies"...it's really cute.  Here are some highlights from the party...

H, H, R & A

Harrison & Avery and their Mom Renee came over last Friday for most of the day.  They came over so that Miss Renee could make the cake for Rylee's birthday party!  So we made a day out of it.  The kids enjoyed each other...and so did us adults! :)

Father's Day 2012

We spent most of the day on Father's Day at Pappy & Nana's house.  They had a pool put in and Father's Day was the first day it was ready!  We all had a blast...especially the girls!  Here are some pictures from the day...

Rylee's 1st trip to the movie theater...

...was an epic fail.  Well, maybe not epic.  She was good for about an hour (too many previews!).  So Rylee and I didn't get to see the last 30-40 minutes or so of the movie.  But Tommy and Haylee loved it! :)  

Haylee was almost 3 when we took her to her first movie.  I thought maybe Rylee could handle it being almost 2...NOPE-I was wrong! :)
