Turkey Day!

My parents came in town for Thanksgiving. We had a GREAT time! Here are pictures from actual Thanksgiving Day. Nana, Haylee, and I went to the park while we were waiting on the turkey to finish....

Tommy worked on a project for me in the garage (finished pics of that to come soon!)...

And there are no pictures of Pappy from Thanksgiving Day b/c he did not get out of bed (except to eat of course) b/c he was sooo sick! He felt much better Friday and today...pics of him to come soon too.....

holidays

My daughter is torn between two holidays...Halloween & Christmas. So she is celebrating both by wearing her antlers and carrying her pumpkin "bucket".

I put the antlers on her in Target a few weeks ago and she WOULD NOT let me take them off...so we had to buy them. She seriously walks around all the time with them on. One day we even had to take them to Ms. Shari's with us! She's so funny.

Haylee's Bebe & Pawpaw were unable to come to her birthday party. So they saved her birthday presents to watch her open them. They brought them to Uncle John's wedding last weekend...but with the craziness of wedding stuff we never had an opportunity to do it. So we brought them home and I promised Bebe pictures of her opening them...so here they are, Bebe! :)

And this picture is for Aunt Dianna...here she is reading her new book from you! She loves it...and we've read it for our bedtime story every night since we've been home! :)

Uncle John's Wedding

We went to Houston for Uncle John's wedding this weekend. We drove down Friday, had the rehearsal and dinner Friday night, then the wedding was at 11am on Saturday. Then we drove back Saturday night. It was quite a whirl wind. Haylee did soooo good considering her lack of naps. The worst part was on the way home last night when she cried for about an hour straight in the car....followed by about 30 minutes of laughing (for no reason) and then she was out.

This weekend

Here is a video of H playing in her room. I wish you could hear here...she's going, "ooooooooooo" in one part. It's cute. :)

I threw a baby shower (with the help of two other people!) for my best friend Jennifer this weekend. It turned out REALLY well! Here is a picture of the two of us at the shower...and a maternity picture of her and her husband that I took at our session two weeks ago. Doesn't she look GREAT?

Oink Oink!

We had a short evening of trick or treating last night because I had a DARN football game at school that I had to be at! But it turned out great...we trick or treated Ms. Shari & the Garisons! :)
