Haylee is starting to crawl...sort of. She can crawl backwards and take about 3 or 4 "steps" (crawls) forward. But she can pretty much move herself all around...anywhere she wants. With this new sense of mobility, we find her doing all sorts of things in her crib when nap time is over!
Today we began the introduction of finger foods. Our first attempt was with a banana chopped into pieces. She loves them and had no problem mushing them with her gums and tongue (still no teeth!). But she can not for the life of her figure out how to put the pieces in her mouth by herself...we had to do it. When she couldn't get it in her mouth, she found it humerous to throw the sticky banana pieces onto the floor. Lovely.
Summer is ALMOST here...I can taste it.
So the count-down begins....only FIVE days of work left! Yipee!

Skip a few days and you really miss out on the Ray family! So much to see. I'm very glad Haylee was able to visit with her Great Grama. That's quite amazing. Many children don't have that opportunity. It seems you see a lot of your families and that makes me very happy.
Haylee is too cute with her bananas, baby doll and swinmming buddy. That was a really cute shot of Harrison. After watcing the new Indiana I was wondering if anyone would use that name. I like it.
So much going on in your life! Thanks for sharing :)
