Haylee & I celebrated Labor Day by making letter shapped sugar cookies. They've been working on numbers, letters, shapes & colors at Miss Shari's house for a couple months now...so I thought Haylee would have fun with this. Boy was I right! I have a 100 piece cookie cutter set that comes complete with every cookie cutter shape you could ask for! Every holiday, letter, number, and shape! So we'll be making cookies for Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas this year!

And cutting the cookies was her favorite part (besides the eating the cookie part...)
I think this is one of the cutest pictures ever. She didn't understand why I had to put all her pretty cookies in the oven for so long. So I turned the oven light on so she could watch them cook. You can tell by the grin on her face how much she loved this...
