Haylee's 1st dance recital!

Haylee had her first dance recital last weekend! She took dance in the 2 year old class at my best friend from college's studio. When I used to teach at a studio, we only taught 3 years and up and I must say I am really impressed with what 2 year olds can do! I was shocked! They basically did what the 3 year olds did that I used to teach...impressive!

Anyway....it was fun and Haylee had a blast "dancing on the big stage."

Here I am with my girl before her big performance (ha!). Thank goodness that tutu is big enough to cover my giant pregnant self! :)

This is her teacher, Miss Nicole, who I used to teach with. We also went to high school together and church youth group years ago! :)

Here's one shot of her on stage....all the other pics I shot had other kids in the picture and I didn't feel right posting pictures of someone else's kid online.

For family members who don't live near us....I video taped the dress rehearsal performance and we bought the professional DVD that should be in sometime in July so you can all see it! :)
